All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Currently, payment is accepted via Cash on Delivery only. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full order amount, including any applicable delivery charges, upon receipt of your order.
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as courier delays or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of candles that have been used or opened, except in cases of a manufacturing defect.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nourva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
